| SERENATA.
On Fridays and
Saturdays, at 11PM, leaving from Seresta’s Museum, going through Conservatória’s streets. Musicians, players and poets sing romantic songs, followed by the choral formed by the people that follow the singers. BARS E RESTAURANTS. There is a large variety. In Conservatória , most of them offer live music. EM IPIABAS,15 Km from Conservatória, the best restaurant from the area, Via Castelli, is famous for its pasta, its rotisserie and its pizza. You can try “galinha ao molho pardo” (chicken cooked with a sauce made from it’s blood) from D. Adouphina, the oldest restaurant in Ipiabas. A place for an honest whisky is the Rapa Nui pub. The “forró”, a typical music from the north and northeast of Brazil , takes place at Chiquinho’s bar, in Ipiabas. The Forte Ipiabas present a variety of pizzas and ice cream festivals. |

NATURAL
ATTRACTIONS. In
Ipiabas, Cachoeira da Floresta, a waterfall with 75m of extension and 3 25m-falls. Natural bathtubs. It is advisable that you always go in group. Distance from the lodging: 12Km. In Santa Isabel do Rio Preto (23km) there are river fishing and good beaches. In Santa Rita do Jacutinga – MG (31km) – there are 72 waterfalls, canyons and impressing narrow passages. CULTURAL TOURS. Vassouras is a historic city, from the time of the Coffee’s Barons . It is interesting going through it, finishing the tour at Chácara da Hera Museum.
